1. The titles of topics must be more than 10 characters, for some reason known only to the forum. Luckily, whitespace counts, so just add a bunch of spaces at the end of any topic title that is too short.
2. Obviously, no malicious links or explicit images. That will get you banned and the forum closed down. It's just nasty business.
