    Progress so Far Empty Progress so Far

    Post by Bromingo` Sun Feb 24, 2013 8:40 pm

    So I went to his twitter, nothing there so far, watched both videos and am about to head over to library to scope some stuff out. Hopefully all of you can see this. Also I checked the subreddit, the only odd thing was the top post, but the user only had that post, nothing I could find otherwise.
    Best of luck!

    Notebook was found. Started translating the code found in the notebook. Key is on the 2nd page where you divide the large number written by the given value of 'e' and then associate letters with numbers (a = 1). At first certain numbers may not be the first letter (i.e. 111 can be either ka or ak or aaa) but each code gives an answer.

    Tourist Q&A
    "Are you a policeman?"
    "No, I am an undercover cop."
    "So why are you in uniform?"
    "Today is my day off"
    e=5, number is 662706251830

    What do you call a detective that solves his cases entirely by accident?
    "Sheer Luck Holmes"
    e=7, number is 138986268549177

    What is the 'e' of the next puzzle?
    "Three"
    e=2, number is 4163710

    Who is the best sexiest super awesome deso detective ever?
    "Scottie Rogers" - Not found through puzzle, but through teammate. Possibly wrong number written or I'm missing something.
    e=3, number is 379456062855447255457 (not divisible by 3)

    Inside the notebook was 4 images. Images lead to numbered envelopes with parts of a code inside.

    Envelopes found:
    - Stratton Hall
    - Daniels Hall
    - Under the Football Bleachers

    The final envelope has yet to be found. Here's where we've searched:
    - Olin Hall
    - A.K.
    - Goddard
    - Library
    - Fuller
    - Salisbury Labs
    - Washburn
    - Higgins
    - Kaven Hall

    We also tried going to Gateway since an Associate Professor helped in making the image in photograph but we don't have card access so it's assumed that final envelope is not there. We also have asked employees of the school and people do not have an idea where it could be.
